You may qualify if…

The recipient must be a resident of Orange County, California.
The gift should be made at a time that is instrumental for the recipient and have the potential of changing the trajectory of a life.
The request should be presented by a caseworker with a relief organization.
Grants are made at the discretion of Small Angels Foundation.

You may not qualify if…

The gift would require repeated gifts — gifts must change a life trajectory without being repeated.
The recipient has ongoing alcohol or drug problems.
Request is not presented by a caseworker from a relief organization.
The gift exceeds $7,500.
